- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Staff was very rude when questioned about my bill. I paid around $700.00 for work on my 2 children, which is what they said it would cost me. When I received a bill for another $60.00 I call and questioned it. I was told it was something with the insurance so I didn't think much more about it. I received a bill for $80.00 with a threat to turn me into a collection agency. When I spoke to them again they said the first $700.00 was what they thought it would be after my insurance so I owed them. I said I will pay the $60.00 but disputed the $20.00 for "rebiiiling". I had until a certain day to pay it before it was to be turned into collections but when I went there 3 days before it was supposed to be turned in they refused my money. They said it had already been turned in to the collection agency. I had to make 3 trips up to their office to get it paid and cleared off my credit. Ridiculous!!! Dentist Barrett is awesome though.
